In Capitol Hill, Seattle, our project focuses on installing a versatile three-piece foldable door that seamlessly connects the indoor space with the backyard. Featuring a sleek black trim on the exterior and a warm wooden trim on the interior, this door effortlessly folds together, expanding the living area to the outdoors. With each fold, the door creates an opening until finally being equivalent to three standard doors, allowing for ample natural light and ventilation. Against the backdrop of the house’s sky blue paint, this addition not only enhanced functionality but also added a touch of contemporary charm to the property’s aesthetic.
